Deliverables
iMerit needed to adapt quickly to the new work paradigm, while continuing to deliver high-quality, high-precision work for their AI-driven clients. Rallying around the transformational goal of becoming a remote-first, industry-leading service provider, the company turned to Fluxon for help in developing an organization-wide strategy and approach.
Collaborating closely with iMerit, we devised and implemented a customized ‘operating system’ for remote work. We approached the 12-week project in three stages: gaining a deep understanding of the issues through user and customer research, as well as detailed internal audits; identifying immediate and short-term solutions, including requirement docs and tool mockups; and developing a long-term plan for ongoing transformation. Our strategy focused on enhancing communication, collaboration and data management practices, drawing on insights from competitive analyses and industry best practices to ensure a smooth transition.
Technologies
Within weeks, we helped put iMerit on the path to a remote-first model, ensuring business continuity during a global crisis. Key to the project’s success were mutual understanding and iteration, together with clear documentation and thoughtful yet rapid planning. In addition to immediate solutions, we also helped iMerit establish a foundation for long-term efficiency, innovation and scalability, redefining their approach to global service delivery.
