Cliently helps sales teams manage customer outreach across channels. We built integrations that brought the Cliently experience directly into the CRM products its customers already used.

Sales teams often work across multiple tools. Switching between a CRM and separate outreach software makes it harder to maintain a complete view of the customer journey.

Cliently wanted its product to fit directly into those existing workflows.

Cliently inside three major CRMs

We created three Chrome extensions that embedded Cliently functionality directly inside HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Salesforce.

Customers could manage campaigns and outreach without leaving their primary sales tool. We then built a standalone application for users who wanted the Cliently experience on its own.

Work where the customer data already lives

A salesperson can access Cliently from inside their CRM instead of moving between products.

That keeps lead information and outreach workflows closer together and creates a more consistent experience across systems.

Three integrations, one experience

Each CRM works differently. We built the integrations around those different technical environments while keeping the Cliently experience consistent for users.

Three integrations in eight weeks

The three CRM integrations were developed in eight weeks, followed by the standalone application six weeks later. Cliently reported increased customer retention and revenue growth following the work.
